The site states that tasting at the winery is currently not offered, but sales and explanations are. Visits are by appointment only via the contact form, as the owner is often out working in the vineyards.

A winery in Katsunuma, Koshu City, Yamanashi. The owner, Mr. Watanabe, leased about 1,000 sqm of abandoned farmland in Katsunuma's Toriibira district in 2009, cleared it over a year and planted Koshu vines in 2010. He expanded into the Iwasaki, Nikkyu and Ofuji districts, initially having his wines made under contract with the help of Tomu Winery in Katsunuma. His own winery opened in September 2019 and began vinifying that autumn, completing the move to a fully own-brand operation. The winery also makes bottle-fermented petillant wines.
