Terms of Use

This site is run by MIITASO, K.K. as a personal project. We have no capital relationship or advertising contract with any winery listed here.

We show a source URL and a last-confirmed date for every factual item, and we mark items we could not confirm as “unconfirmed”. Please note the following.

• Opening hours, tour availability and tasting fees change. Please check directly with each winery before visiting.
• We do not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or current. We are not liable for damage arising from actions taken based on it.
• If you find an error, please tell us. We will check and correct it.

This site uses Google Maps features and content to display maps and to display ratings and reviews. The following apply.

Ratings and reviews are fetched from Google each time they are displayed and are not stored by this site. We show exactly what Google returns, ordered by relevance; we do not select, reorder, summarise or translate them. Responsibility for their content rests with their authors and with Google.

When posting to this site (comments, photos, ratings), please observe the following.

• If you are under 20, do not post content involving drinking. Drinking under 20 is prohibited by law in Japan.
• Do not post untrue content, or content that defames or damages the reputation of any individual or business. Every winery listed here is a real business.
• Do not post other people's copyrighted works or likenesses without permission. Photos must be ones you took yourself.
• Do not post for the purpose of sales, promotion or solicitation, or in exchange for payment.
• Posts may be checked before or after publication, and posts we judge to breach these terms may be hidden or deleted without notice.

Copyright in what you post remains yours. We may use it to the extent needed to display it on this site. You can delete your own posts at any time.

If you believe a post on this site infringes your rights, please email us with the following.

1. Your name and contact details
2. Information identifying the post (winery name, date, content)
3. The right you say has been infringed
4. The reason you say it has been infringed
5. A statement that you are requesting removal

Where infringement is clear, we remove the post promptly. Where we cannot judge, we ask the author whether they consent to removal, and remove the post if they do not object within 7 days.

An account is required in order to post. You can delete your account at any time; doing so deletes the information tied to it, except where the law requires us to keep it. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

We will change these terms when needed and update the date on this page. We will announce significant changes on the site.
