KUKUNA’s official pages describe the hotel sommelier-led winery, sales at the hotel and Katsunuma Wine Village, and paid tastings. Conditions for tours of the winery itself were not confirmed.

The 997 Katsunuma is a hotel-owned winery operated by Kawaguchiko First Hotel Co., Ltd. at 2543-5 Katsunuma, Koshu, Yamanashi. The National Tax Agency lists the address as a fruit-wine production site, and KUKUNA’s official pages say it opened in Katsunuma Wine Village on October 1, 2022. Hotel sommeliers make original wines from Yamanashi grapes grown in the hotel’s vineyard; official products include Koshu and Muscat Bailey A.
