Toumu Winery
東夢ワイナリー
The estate shop sells shop-only items including the spirit Buranchu and the flagship Bijou Noir, with windows looking across the Hikawa River to the vineyards and the Southern Alps. It opens weekdays 10:00-17:00 and closes on Wednesdays and over the New Year. The official site does not state whether cellar tours or tastings are offered or what they cost. The adjoining Wine Inn Toumu has five cottages and four tent sites, and the Katsunuma Wine Village on the same grounds gathers nine wineries including Toumu.
A winery in Katsunuma, Koshu City, which marked its 20th anniversary in 2024. It makes wines from Koshu, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and runs an online shop that also handles original-label orders.
