A husband-and-wife grower and wine producer in Shinshu-Shinmachi, Nagano City. The vineyard opened in 2020 and holds about 6,000 vines of 11 varieties on roughly 2 hectares. Its core wines are field blends: Shiro-wain from six white varieties picked and fermented together and Aka-wain from five black varieties, alongside single-variety bottlings of Petit Manseng and Albarino.
