Son of the Smith（サノバスミス醸造場）
A hard cider producer in Taira, Omachi, Nagano. Two apple growers, third- and fourth-generation successors of family orchards, began making cider after encountering the craft scene in Portland, Oregon in 2015, and released their first batch, Son of the Smith, in May 2017. They incorporated as Son of the Smith Inc. in January 2019 and built a production facility in Omachi in March 2020. They also trial-grow cider-specific apple varieties in their own orchards.
