Winemaking is contracted out to a producer in Nakano City; there is no in-house cellar (the site states a plan to build Nagano City's first winery in future). Wine is sold at the office, at the weekly Nagano Ginza Nigiwai-ichi market, and at the Nakajo and Shinshu-Shinmachi roadside stations.

Founded in 2015 in the Shinko district of Nagano City, growing out of a 2013 residents' group, to make use of idle farmland. It grows wine grapes locally and releases its own labels such as Shinko Merlot and Shinko Blanc each year, with the winemaking contracted to a producer in Nakano City.
