An adjoining shop at 512-2 Kawaguchi sells winery-exclusive bottles and products co-developed with nearby producers. A lounge space run in partnership with artless Inc. serves the winery's wines by the glass along with coffee, hojicha, desserts and game-meat hot dogs. Opening hours are 10:00-14:00. The official site says nothing about tours or tasting fees.
A winery in Fujikawaguchiko named after the seven cedars of Kawaguchi Asama Shrine, operated by Otomo Resort Co., Ltd. with Hiroko Takano as viticulture and winemaking director. It cleared four plots of disused farmland at about 850 m on Misaka gravel soils and grows Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Kerner, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir without herbicides or chemical fertiliser. Every bottle states the grower's name and the varietal composition.
