Run by a very small team, the winery is normally closed to visitors, both public and trade. Visits are possible only on announced open days or at events, and travel-agency tours are not accepted; openings are announced on the website and Facebook.

An estate domaine at 750 m on the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Kobuchisawa, Hokuto City, Yamanashi. Planting of the Les Pas du Chat vineyard began in spring 2007 and a cellar with one floor above and two below ground was completed in autumn 2011. The 3.6 ha site (about 3 ha planted) has volcanic-ash soil and grows Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot; the cellar uses a gravity-flow system said to be the first in Japan.
