If you are driving, please do not taste. Japan has a zero-tolerance drink-driving law.

Staff-guided winery tours are booked through the online form and end with a red and white tasting. Tasting-only visits are reservation-preferred: by-the-glass pours (50 ml) cost 500-1,500 yen and entry flights (25 ml) 600-800 yen. No reservation is needed to buy wine only.

A winery at the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Kobuchizawa, Hokuto City, Yamanashi. It was set up by city farm Co., Ltd. (founded 1999, head office in Nirasaki), a specialist grower of wine grapes, at the request of Hokuto City. Wines are made from Koshu, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Muscat Bailey A grown on its own vineyards in Hakushu and Nirasaki. The site has a winery shop and a cafeteria (opened 21 March 2025), with a tasting room overlooking the vines toward Yatsugatake and Mt. Fuji.
