Domaine Passerelle is operated by Yatsugatake Organic Vineyard Co., Ltd. at 3272-2 Nakamaru, Nagasaka, Hokuto, Yamanashi. Its official site says it obtained a fruit-wine license and began operating in 2022, releasing its first vintage in 2023. Wine grapes are grown under organic JAS or natural cultivation; the 2024 lineup includes Chardonnay, Passerelle Blanc, Rosé, Rouge, and Nature. Visits are currently not accepted, and the winery does not sell directly on site or online.
