The official site gives no information on tours, tastings or opening hours. The cidery obtained JAS organic processed-food certification in October 2024 and a fruit-wine production licence in December 2024, and now ferments and bottles its own orchard fruit on site.

An organic cidery in Showa, Shinjo, Yamagata, run by Hibi Co., Ltd. (founded 2020, president Haruki Sato). It has grown apples to organic standards since 2019, gained JAS organic certification in 2022, and cultivates around 80 apple varieties for processing. After obtaining a fruit-wine licence in December 2024 it ferments its own apples with wild yeast from the skins alone, bottle-conditioned and without added sulphur.
