Enquiries are taken on weekdays 9:00-17:00 (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays irregular). The official site says nothing about tours or tastings. All fruit is locally grown, from its own vineyards and an eight-member contract growers group called Hazuki-kai.
A winery in Yoshikawa, Nishikawa, Yamagata. It traces back to the Toraya sake brewery founded in Yamagata City in 1700, branched off as Chiyokotobuki in Sagae in 1922, obtained a fruit wine licence in 1972, and began making Gassan Sanroku Toraya Wine in 1982 after taking over a brewery in Nishikawa. All fruit is locally grown and fresh, from its own vineyards and the Hazuki-kai contract growers group.
