Oujiman is a brewery in Tsuruoka, Yamagata Prefecture, descended from the Sato Nizaemon Shuzojyo, founded in 1724. Oujiman Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, and its business includes the manufacture and sale of sake, wine, and liqueurs. It obtained manufacturing licenses for fruit wine and liqueurs in 2017, released the Japanese wine HOCCA in 2018, and built the HOCCA Winery in 2021.
