The official site gives no information on tours, tastings or opening hours. Wine is sold through a mailing-list direct sale announced around early December each year, and through stockist wine shops; the direct-sale allocation typically sells out quickly.

A winery founded in January 2017 in Kita-ku, Okayama by Hirotake Ooka, who made wine in the Rhone for twenty years. It uses old-vine Muscat of Alexandria from Tomiyoshi, once Japan's leading area for the variety, and organic Cabernet Sauvignon from Kita-ku, Kobe; in 2017 it planted Shokoshi, Syrah and Grenache in its own vineyard. As of 2020 it farmed 2 ha and made 13,000 bottles (7,000 in-house, 6,000 under contract). The wines are natural, with no added sulphur dioxide, no filtration and no fining.
