A natural-wine cellar in Funao, Kurashiki City, Okayama. Kazunori Matsui, a former French chef turned vigneron, started farming in 2012, completed his first wine "M" in 2019, and set up GRAPE SHIP Inc. and its winery in 2021. Grapes, led by Funao-grown Muscat of Alexandria, are farmed organically and the cellar uses gravity flow.
