The winery shop, which looks out on the Northern Alps, opens 10:00-17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and is closed on weekdays. Visitors are advised to call ahead.
A winery in Ikeda Town, Kitaazumi District, Nagano, run by Vignoble Azumino Inc. The company was founded in April 2008, the cellar was completed in March 2020, the shop opened that July, and estate-made wine went on sale in April 2021. It farms 5 hectares and makes 13,500-15,000 bottles (750 ml equivalent) a year from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Ryugan.
