The estate winery and its attached shop, Bee's Knees Vineyards & Winery, opened in summer 2023. The official site does not state whether tours or tastings are available, nor opening hours. Mail order is handled through its own web shop.

A winery in Tsukuba on the southern foot of Mt. Tsukuba. After training at a winery in Tomi, Nagano, Kotoyo Imamura moved here and founded the vineyard in 2015, planting 4,000 vines on about 1.5 hectares of granite soil in the Usui and Numata districts between 2015 and 2017. The first vintage was released in 2018, and in summer 2023 an estate winery with an attached shop opened, moving production fully in-house.
