Bidoro Winery
びーどろワイナリー
The shop sells the winery's own wine and grape juice along with local Bando produce. A wine tasting and snack pairing experience is described on the official site as "in planning" (as of 7 August 2026).
Bidoro Winery is a winery in Bando, Ibaraki Prefecture, established by Kainonsha Co., Ltd., a social-welfare business that supports employment and independent living for children and users with disabilities. The company began cultivating grapes on leased local farmland in 2021 and later established its own winery. Its vineyard near Lake Sugaonuma uses grass cultivation and reduced-pesticide methods under the supervision of Takao Ogawa of Katsunuma. Its wines include the red Masakado, made from Muscat Bailey A, and the white Denen no Egao, made from Chardonnay and Colline Verte.
