Yamano-kyo Ota Winery, operated by Fukuyama Kenkosha, is located in Yamano, Fukuyama, Hiroshima. Its official site says vines were planted in 2010 and winemaking began in 2015. It grows nine varieties in about two hectares and handles the process from cultivation through bottling and labeling by hand. The site lists Merlot, wild grape, Marselan, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Campbell Early, Delaware, Muscat Bailey A, Shine Muscat, and Rosario Bianco.
