A large grape descended from Rozaki and Muscat of Alexandria, sometimes made into a white wine with gentle acidity and generous fruit.

Rosario Bianco is a yellow-green table grape bred at Uehara Grape Research Institute in Kofu, Yamanashi, by crossing Rozaki with Muscat of Alexandria. It was registered as a variety in 1987. The large berries are juicy, gently acidic and softly sweet. It is grown mainly as table fruit, but Japanese wineries also use it for white wine. These wines highlight its mild acidity, generous juice and fresh fruit character.
