The winery of the Paysanat agricultural cooperative, in Nakahara, Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City, Yamanashi. Paysanat was founded in 2011 by farmers in Yamanashi, Koshu, Fuefuki, Kofu and Hokuto to work together, with the aim of taking over and using farmland and of employing and training farm workers. Wines made here include Domaine Oyamada by Koki Oyamada and Domaine Ponkotsu by Kazuto Matsuoka.
