ケアフィットファームワイナリー

Visits: unverifiedTasting: unverifiedOn-site shopCafé on site

The foundation runs the Carefit Farm local-produce cafe and shop at 650 Akao, Enzan, selling additive-free products and wine; the cellar itself is in Katsunuma Wine Village at 2561-6 Katsunuma. The official site says nothing about tours or tasting.

A winery operated as a disability employment-support facility by the Japan Care-Fit Education Institute. It began in 2011 by clearing abandoned farmland near Toriibira in Katsunuma and grows only Koshu and Muscat Bailey A, spraying only lime sulphur and IC Bordeaux mixture and vinifying with wild yeast and minimal additives. The cellar is in Katsunuma Wine Village.
