Grape picking (late July to early November, 8:00-17:00, open daily through 3 November) has no entry or sampling fee; visitors pay for what they pick, and booking is required or given priority. The 6,000-tsubo covered vineyard grows more than 40 varieties. Hishiyama Chuo Jozo, on the same site, presses local table grapes into wine sold in 1.8-litre bottles; the official site carries no current information about cellar tours or wine tasting. The farm also runs Yamanashi Prefecture's first certified farm-stay lodging (6,000 yen per night with two meals, up to 12 guests) and a vineyard-owner scheme.

A vineyard and winery in Hishiyama, Katsunuma, Koshu City, Yamanashi, established in 2006. Winemaking is handled by Hishiyama Chuo Jozo under the same management. It grows 46 grape varieties with minimal chemical fertiliser and also offers grape picking, farm experiences and farm-stay lodging.
