A small winery in Osade, Katsunuma, Koshu City, Yamanashi. It began in 1939 when neighbouring grape growers jointly founded the Akasaka Brewing Cooperative; the name changed to Kinjyo Budoshu in 1963, and from 1985 it began selling on the open market and joined the Katsunuma Wineries Club. Its grapes come from free-draining, pebbly vineyards between the Bingushi and Takusa rivers, and it works mainly with Koshu and Muscat Bailey A.

- From Katsunuma IC on the Chuo Expressway head towards Kofu, turn right at the Kamiiwasaki-Hara crossing on National Route 20 and continue about 20 minutes. From Enzan Station on the JR Chuo Main Line take Route 411 towards Katsunuma, turn left at the Yamaku crossing and continue about 10 minutes.
