From May to October it accepts visitors for vineyard work experience (bud rubbing, cluster thinning, bagging, harvest and more; beginners welcome), and participants are invited to grape picking from mid-August to early September. Winemaking and blending experiences are described as planned. The vineyard is at 161-1 Uenoyama, Nirasaki.
A winery in Hosaka-cho, Nirasaki City, Yamanashi. Grape growing began in 2019 on a 3,800 sqm rented vineyard in the Uenoyama district, and Creation farm Co., Ltd. was established in 2020. Construction of the winery started in 2022 and it was completed, with winemaking beginning, in 2023. Its wines use 100% estate-grown Muscat Bailey A and Koshu, and it also makes a verjus condiment, Royal Verjus.
