Domaine Kayagatake

A small winery run by a husband and wife in Kaminoyama, Nirasaki, Yamanashi, on the southern slopes of Mt. Kayagatake. After shipping table grapes such as Kyoho, Pione and Shine Muscat from about 67 ares of vineyard, they vinify fully ripe Muscat Bailey A and Koshu; two thirds of the wine grapes are Muscat Bailey A and the rest Koshu.
