The cellar door sells wine and processed shiitake products. Run by two staff who are often out in the vineyard, so visitors in a hurry are asked to contact the winery in advance. Opening days and hours are announced monthly on the official blog. The official site gives no information on tours or tasting.

A winery on Prefectural Route 22 (Niisato Kaido) in Niisato, Utsunomiya, Tochigi. The founders, new entrants to farming, began with field vegetables and log-grown shiitake, took up wine grapes in their ninth year, made their first wine under contract in 2019, and built their own winery in 2023. Varieties include Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and yamabudo.
