A cider-only producer in Iizuna, Nagano, housed in a closed school building. Three apple-growing families and their partners founded Hokushin Gogaku Cidrerie Co., Ltd. in December 2017, obtained a fruit-wine production licence in February 2019 and released their first vintage that May. They make around fifteen ciders, mainly from locally grown apples, and opened the concept shop RINGOTO next to the cidery in April 2021. The cellar itself is not open to general visitors because of limited space.
