A winery founded in 2024 in the Asakawa district of Nagano City. From 2018 the owners converted a dam-construction spoil site into vineyards, trialling 40 varieties over four years, and opened the winery in a renovated 200-year-old storehouse. It aims at organic cultivation centred on Japanese-bred hybrid varieties.
