A winery and cidery in Azumino City, Nagano (Japan Alps Wine Valley), the first winery of the Northern Alps Azumino wine special zone. It grows Chardonnay, Merlot and Ryugan on a west-facing slope at 600m elevation, handling everything from growing to winemaking and labeling largely by hand.
