Nishiida Shuzoten
西飯田酒造店
A sake brewery founded in the late Edo period in Shinonoi Komatsubara, Nagano City. Alongside its Shinanohikari and Sekizen sake it has made apple wine since the 1970s and grape wine from Riesling and Niagara planted at the same time. It is the only brewery in Nagano to ferment everything with flower-derived yeasts.
