There is no permanent shopfront; visits centre on the sales days held a few times a year (spring, summer and autumn weekends, 10:00-16:00) announced under "営業案内" on the official site. A one-day "Shinga CAFE" is also held, where wine is served by the glass. No tour or tasting programme is stated.

A winery in Yayoi, Nayoro, Hokkaido, committed to Nayoro-grown fruit. It grows Bacchus, Chardonnay, the yamabudo hybrid Shokoshi and Pinot Noir planted in 2020, and is trialling S9110, Pinot Blanc, Bijou Noir, Gewurztraminer and a local Nayoro wild grape. Its wines include petillant and sparkling styles.
