A fruit-wine producer in Shokanzawa, Mashike, Hokkaido, operated by Horitak Co., Ltd. (established 2003). It makes small lots of Mashike Cidre, a naturally fermented sparkling cider from locally grown apples pressed with their skins, and Mashike Poire, made from 100% locally grown Bartlett pears.
