じき
The producer has no winery of its own; the wines are made at 10R Winery in Iwamizawa. Sales are through the official online shop and retailers nationwide. Its food arm, Jiki no Daidokoro, serves meals every Friday at Yoichi Terrace in Yoichi.
A wine-grape grower that became independent in April 2017 in Nobori-cho, Yoichi, Hokkaido. All of its plots are certified organic (JAS); it uses no synthetic pesticides or fertilisers and grows only vinifera varieties. It has no winery of its own and its grapes are vinified with wild yeast at 10R Winery in Iwamizawa.
