Domaine Mont
ドメーヌモン
Founded in spring 2016 by Atsuo Yamanaka after training at Domaine Takahiko from 2014 to 2016, on an east-facing slope at about 50 m in Noborimachi, Yoichi. The 3 ha estate (1.5 ha planted, some 5,000 vines) grows only Pinot Gris, fermented whole-bunch with wild yeast, unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
