A new winery at 16-118 Higashi-machi opened in 2020 under the name Domaine ICHI and vinification moved there, while the original winery at 13-49 Higashi-machi continues for the time being to manage wines still fermenting or ageing in barrel. The official site gives no information on tours or tastings.

A small winery run by Shizen Noen Group Co., Ltd., converted from a farmhouse and barn next to its own vineyard. It began winemaking in 2009 and in 2011 was certified for organic processed-liquor production, becoming the first winery in Japan able to handle everything from grape growing to vinification organically.
