Licensed in 2021 as the 15th winery in Yoichi, located in Misono-cho. It grows ten clones of Pinot Noir, four of Chardonnay, and other varieties using no-till, cover-crop viticulture, and makes wine with no additives, native yeasts, and no filtration.
