A winery and restaurant set within its own vineyards in Yamada-cho, Yoichi, licensed in 2013. Run by OcciGabi Co., it grows Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Bacchus, and Acolon among others.

- Tuesdays from December to February. The official site also gives a New Year closure (29 December – 3 January) and other winter closing periods.

- About 10 minutes by taxi from JR Yoichi Station (around 1,400 yen). Yoichi Station is about 1 hour 20 minutes by train from Sapporo Station, or about 25 minutes from Otaru Station.
