A winery in Moji Ward, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, operated by Lavender Farm Co., Ltd. It uses 100% Kitakyushu-grown grapes and says it aims for quality rather than volume. Grapes come from its Kishi vineyard in Kishi and its Sarukami vineyard in Sarukami-shinchi, both in Moji Ward; planting began with Campbell Early in 2020 and now also includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sangiovese, Almo Noir, Syrah, Malbec, Albariño and Mondobrie (per the planting table on the official site). According to the site, the winery in Sarukami opened in January 2026, starting under the special wine-zone scheme (2,000 L) with the aim of moving to a general licence (6,000 L or more). It states aims of coexistence with nature and of working together with people with disabilities.
