SHINDO LAB STAND on the same site is the concept shop and retail outlet. The official site says visitors can taste "a wide range from Shinozaki's staple sake and shochu to seasonal sake, limited-edition wines, rum and gin," but does not state whether tasting is free or paid. The adjacent SHINDO DISTILLERY offers a whisky hand-fill experience. No winery tour information is given.

The winery inside SHINDO LAB, the drinks-making complex of Shinozaki Co., Ltd., a sake and shochu producer in Asakura, Fukuoka. Started in 2021 and sharing a site with SHINDO DISTILLERY, ASAKURA DISTILLERY and the SHINDO LAB STAND concept shop. It uses local table grapes suited to the warm, humid Asakura/Ukiha climate (Kyoho and Campbell Early from Ukiha City), fermenting with wild yeast without added sugar, acid or sulphites. The first releases were the lightly sparkling UKIHA BUBBLES and the white ASAHA WHITE, followed by ASAHA ORANGE/ROSE/RED and por que no tinto/blanco. The site also states the winery grows grapes in its own vineyards.
