A small winery run by a sommelier in Shindoji, Kokuraminami-ku, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, on the karst plateau of Hiraodai. Vine planting began in autumn 2008, and the winery makes wine from European varieties following Bordeaux practices. Visits are possible by prior enquiry.
