Uchiko Yume Wine
内子夢わいん

Tours require a reservation at least two days in advance. A tasting, brewing-process video, and quiz costs ¥1,000.
Uchiko Yume Wine is made and sold by the Uchiko Winery cooperative using grapes from Uchiko, Ehime. The winery’s official shop says its wines use 100% Uchiko-grown grapes and are made by grape growers. Its listed wines include Berry A, Kyoho, Pione, Rosario, and wild grape products. The official Ehime tourism site describes a reserved tour with a brewing-process video, tasting, and quiz.
