A shared winery in Hirosaki, Aomori, run by an agricultural cooperative, producing wine, cider and other fruit wines. Members bring fruit grown in their own plots to the facility and share the pressing, fermentation and bottling equipment, then each member sells the resulting drinks themselves. The equipment is deliberately simple and largely hand-operated, aiming at natural, easy-drinking fruit wines.
