白神ワイナリー＆白神生ハチミツ「BeFavo」
A counter inside the Tsugaru-Shirakami roadside station. Unpasteurised draught hard cider (sparkling apple wine) made from Aomori apples is canned on the spot for takeaway (500 ml, 800 yen). House-made gelato and soft-serve topped with Shirakami raw honey are also sold. The official site gives no information about tours or tastings.
A shop branded "Shirakami Winery & Shirakami Raw Honey" inside the Tsugaru-Shirakami roadside station in Nishimeya, Aomori, run by the Buna-no-Sato Shirakami public corporation. It cans draught hard cider (sparkling apple wine) made from Aomori apples on the spot, and in 2025 it made "ShirakaMIX Wine 2025", a 500-bottle limited fruit wine of apple, pear and quince produced with the Nishimeya Special Products Association. It also sells Shirakami raw honey and house-made gelato topped with it.

- About 40 minutes by car from Owani-Hirosaki IC on the Tohoku Expressway, or about 50 minutes from Kuroishi IC. About 30 minutes by car from JR Hirosaki Station. By bus, about 65 minutes on the Konan Bus from Hirosaki Bus Terminal (stand 7, inside Ito-Yokado) or stand 6 in front of Hirosaki Station to Tashiro (Nishimeya village hall), then 6 minutes (500 m) on foot.
