Sales at the winery are limited to the first Saturday of April and November and to booked visits (as stated in the site's own title). Mail order is taken by e-mail with advance bank transfer, up to six bottles per order.

A small winery in Katsunuma, Koshu City, Yamanashi, run by Kunio Kikushima. Since 2016 it has farmed vineyards in Katsunuma and Enzan taken over from retiring growers, at first releasing wine made under contract elsewhere. A boutique winery was completed in Katsunuma in June 2020 and a production licence obtained that August, since when it has vinified in-house. No synthetic pesticides or insecticides are used on its own plots and fermentation is with wild yeast. Its roughly 90 ares of vines lie in the Toriihira district of Katsunuma (Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, mostly trellised) and the Fujizuka district (Muscat Bailey A on pergola).
