Domaine Q, the winery of Kofu Wine Port Co., Ltd. in Sakurai-cho, Kofu, Yamagata. It grows all of its Pinot Noir on estate vineyards on a south-facing granite slope overlooking the Kofu basin, and also uses early-picked Delaware ("ao-dera"), Neo Muscat and Trebbiano. The 36-tsubo cellar produces 15,000-20,000 bottles a year, and the early Delaware picked in late June is released as the Nou-Nouveau new wine on 31 July. A restaurant, Bordeaux, and a shop, Wine Boutique Cork, are attached.
