A winery in Chuo, Kofu, Yamanashi. It is a small operation where one person handles everything from growing the grapes to bottling, with a shop inside the production building. It works with Koshu, Kai Blanc (a Koshu x Pinot Blanc cross), Muscat Bailey A and Kai Noir (a Black Queen x Cabernet Sauvignon cross), selling its wines under the name Ebikazura.
