A vineyard in Takatsu, Masuda, Shimane. It grows several dozen grape varieties including Delaware, Kyoho, Shine Muscat and Rosario Bianco, and makes wine as a domaine from its own fruit. Black Tornado, Albarino, Yama-Sauvignon, Mondo Brie, Delaware, Merlot and Chardonnay wines are ordered by phone or fax and shipped nationwide. At the same address the family runs monukka, a bread and confiture shop with an eat-in and tea space.
