Factory tours require a reservation, online or by telephone (0570-00-4103). Reception is 9:30–16:00 except on closed days. The site includes the Orion Official Store, selling merchandise and Okinawan goods, and the beer restaurant Yanbaru no Mori serving light meals and beer.

Orion Beer Nago is the Nago factory of Orion Beer. Visitors can tour the adjoining Orion Happy Park by reservation, and the site also has an official store and the Yanbaru no Mori beer restaurant. Orion Beer offers fruit wines under its Southern Cross Winery brand, using fruit from Okinawa and a maceration-fruit method in which fruit is steeped in the mash during the later stage of fermentation. Its fruit-wine products include passion fruit and shikuwasa.
